Terms and Conditions - Products

The following terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Image Home Improvements Inc. By submitting your order to www.imagehomeimprovements.com you are accepting these terms and conditions of sale. At the sole discretion of Image Home Improvements Inc., these terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice and at any time before Image Home Improvements Inc. accepts your order.

Payment Terms:
Payment is due by credit card, or email transfer. Once an order is placed by credit card, the credit card account will be processed for payment at the time the order is placed. Should a credit card be declined, the order will be cancelled. No Cash On Delivery Orders (C.O.D). orders are accepted. Orders are processed ONLY upon receipt of payment. 

Payment Shipping & Handling Charges & Taxes:
The buyer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs associated with a purchase. Delivery charges may apply. 

Prices:
Prices shown on the Image Home Improvements Inc. website do not include shipping and handling or insurance, unless otherwise stated. The prices are subject to applicable taxes. All prices are in Canadian dollars. The amount (price) charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.  

Shipping & Risks during Shipping:
If products are shipped to you by common carrier, Image Home Improvements Inc. liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products will be restricted by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier's Terms and Conditions. 

Lost & Damaged Products:
All lost or damaged products must be reported to Image Home Improvements Inc. within 14 days. 

Order Cancellations & Changes:
In the event that a cancellation is necessary, please contact us as soon as possible and before the product is delivered.  

Limited Warranty:
Image Home Improvements Inc. warrants product(s) to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days for RETAIL packaged products from the original invoice date unless otherwise restricted by the manufacturer's warranty policy.

IMAGE HOME IMPROVEMENTS INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL IMAGE HOME IMPROVEMENTS INC. BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL IMAGE HOME IMPROVEMENTS INC.'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED. 

Interpretation & Understanding:
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted under and governed by the federal laws of Canada, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules. Headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be part of, or to affect the meaning or interpretation of, these Terms and Conditions.
