Job Position: Seasonal Pool Technician

We are seeking a Seasonal Pool Technician to join our team and help maintain pools in both residential and commercial settings. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically active, and has a passion for learning in a growing field.

Position: Seasonal Pool Technician
Location: Head office: 2159 Britannia Rd. Burlington ON, L7P 0E8
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 8 AM
Note: The role gets busier during the spring and fall with pool openings and closings.

Responsibilities:

Pool Open/Close: Assist our lead technicians with opening and closing several pools a day.
Cleaning: Brush, vacuum, and scrub pools, as well as clean pool decks and equipment.
Maintaining Equipment: Check and maintain pumps, filters, chlorinators, and heaters.
Testing Water: Test water quality and pH levels. Use App to track and send tests results to customers.
Applying Chemicals: Measure and apply chemicals to maintain water balance.
Repairing: Perform minor repairs to pools and equipment (dependant on skill level).
Installing: Install pool equipment, covers, and accessories (dependant on skill level).
Record Keeping: Maintain records of chlorine and pH levels, chemical usage, and water temperatures.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to get to and from work.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and motivation to get the job done efficiently.
The role is physical and requires lifting chemicals and equipment, so the ability to lift is a must.
Prior experience with power tools, landscaping, and/or pool knowledge is a plus.

Job Position: Commission-Only Sales Representative – Pool Services

Location: Burlington, Ontario - Mississauga, Ontario
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based

Job Overview

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to sell pool services within assigned territories through door-to-door outreach and follow-up sales calls. This is a commission-only role ideal for individuals who thrive in face-to-face sales, value a flexible schedule, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door outreach using company-provided marketing materials
Engage homeowners and businesses to promote our pool services
Follow up with warm leads and inquiries via phone and email
Build rapport with potential clients and close service agreements
Work assigned territories and locations provided by the company
Accurately track leads, conversations, and closed sales

Requirements

Provide own transportation to assigned territory
Comfortable working outdoors and walking door-to-door
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Previous sales or door-to-door experience is an asset (but not required)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
