The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Consultant to expand our client base while also working with existing clients. You will meet homeowners on-site to assess project needs and guide them through the planning and estimating process.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, consultative selling, and closing high-value residential projects.

What You’ll Do

Reporting directly to the Company Founder and President, you will:

Meet with potential clients to present our pool service options, including:

Pool openings and closings, Mobile water testing, Full maintenance programs

Develop new client relationships and meet with pre-qualified homeowners for on-site consultations

Assess and understand customer needs

Present pool, backyard, and home improvement options clearly and confidently

Prepare, present, and follow up on estimates and proposals

Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships

Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience in home improvement, construction, pools, or a related field (preferred)

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, organized, and reliable

Comfortable working evenings and weekends when required

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Ability to work independently and close deals

Job Position: Seasonal Pool Technician

Are you ready to dive into a rewarding, hands-on job this spring and summer? We are seeking a Seasonal Pool Technician to join our team and help maintain pools in both residential and commercial settings. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically active, and has a passion for learning in a growing field.

Position: Seasonal Pool Technician
Location: Head office: 2159 Britannia Rd. Burlington ON, L7P 0E8
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 8 AM
Note: The role gets busier during the spring and fall with pool openings and closings.

Responsibilities:

• Pool Open/Close: Assist our lead technicians with opening and closing several pools a day.
• Cleaning: Brush, vacuum, and scrub pools, as well as clean pool decks and equipment.
• Maintaining Equipment: Check and maintain pumps, filters, chlorinators, and heaters.
• Testing Water: Test water quality and pH levels. Use App to track and send tests results to customers.
• Applying Chemicals: Measure and apply chemicals to maintain water balance.
• Repairing: Perform minor repairs to pools and equipment (dependant on skill level).
• Installing: Install pool equipment, covers, and accessories (dependant on skill level).
• Record Keeping: Maintain records of chlorine and pH levels, chemical usage, and water temperatures.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to get to and from work.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to get the job done efficiently.
• The role is physical and requires lifting chemicals and equipment, so the ability to lift is a must.
• Prior experience with power tools, landscaping, and/or pool knowledge is a plus.
